4, the suction pipe installation should note:

b. Inhalation pipeline valves, flanges, etc. should be strictly prevent leakage or leakage of liquid, that is, the suction pipe is not allowed to have leakage phenomenon.

c. Pumps should be prevented from inhaling solids and other debris, this suction pipe should be set on the filter. The effective flow area of the filter should be 2-3 times the cross section of the suction pipe. The filter should be checked regularly.

d. The suction line and discharge line should have their own support, the pump itself is not allowed to withstand the pipeline load.

5, the pump is installed, should make the electrostatic resistance of the pump and pipeline to meet the requirements of its grounding resistance.

6, the installation should be strictly seized pump casing and piping in the presence of stones, iron sand and other debris.

7, correction of pump coupling and motor coupling installation clearance and coaxiality, its different axis tolerance is 0.1 mm. The difference between the pump shaft and motor shaft height can be adjusted on the foot pad copper or iron.

(A), before the start of the preparation and inspection work:

1. 7. Open the suction line valve. Slightly open (do not open) the outlet control valve.

(B), start and operation:

Second, the suction stroke is too high. 8. Pay attention to check the pipeline system for leakage.
