5. In order to more intuitively see the operation of the pump, the pressure gauge should be installed at the outlet of the pump, located on the straight line between the first valve of the pump outlet and the outlet of the pump.

6. Pump inlet and outlet piping should be set up gravity support system, the pump can not afford the weight of the pipeline.

7. Return pipe settings: filter press pump in normal working condition, when the pump reaches a certain pressure, the flow is less than 30% of the rated flow, you must open the return valve on the valve for shunt, so that both can stabilize the filter press Within the pressure, but also to ensure that the material inside the pump always maintain a certain moisture content of the liquid state. Otherwise, the pressure in the filter press is decreased, and the material in the pump cavity will be dried under the action of centrifugal force due to the pressure in the pump cavity, which increases the friction between the material and the pump and shortens the service life of the pump.
